    Project overview

    This project brought together solution architecture, workflow design, implementation planning, and cross-functional delivery for a digital annuity experience built in Unqork. The goal was to guide users from initial quote through purchase with less friction, stronger trust signals, and cleaner operational handoff.

    I worked across approved designs, stakeholder needs, and technical constraints to help shape a flow that could support real money movement, identity verification, funding, and e-signature without feeling like a compliance maze.
